B222.Russian badge for the Russian nuclear-powered strategic ballistic missile submarine K-117 “Bryansk” Delta IV-class.
Commissioned in September 1988 into the Northern Fleet, K-117 was given the honorific name Bryansk in 1998
following a patronage agreement with the Bryansk regional administration. It underwent a major overhaul and
modernization in the late 2000s and remains an active strategic asset in the Russian Navy’s Northern Fleet SSBN division.
