Komsomolsk-on-Amur in 1991, launched in 2006, and commissioned into the Russian Navy in 2009.
Famous for being leased to the Indian Navy under the name INS Chakra (S71) from 2012 to 2021 before
returning to Russian service in the Pacific Fleet.
